Tanja leads TIBCOs EMEA HR business partner team, providing strategic HR advice and services to 22 countries in EMEA ensuring organizational success. Tanja started at TIBCO in 2007 as an HR Business Partner for the Central and Eastern European region. Since that time, she has held various managerial assignments including setting up new EMEA HR functions as HR services and global mobility as well as being responsible for a number of global projects.
Prior to joining TIBCO, Tanja held HR positions at Wind River, Euvia Media and worked in a variety of interim roles in different industries where she was responsible for projects specialising on multicultural leadership, organizational development and setting up HR functions. Throughout her career, Tanja has mentored and coached leaders of global organizations from a wide range of industries.
Tanja holds a master in business administration from the University of Münster, Germany, and is an ECA accredited Business Coach and Trainer.
She is passionate about development and the transformation of HR.
